About The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse / Midwife looking to progress into a senior position.

At Frances Perry we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients in the special care nursery. We operate a 14 bedded special care nursery that facilitates CPAP and High flow when required for our patients. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate assistant nurse unit manager to join our wonderful MDT. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our patients.

 

 

Your Skills and Experience

You thrive on problem solving, fostering a positive and supportive culture, and providing dedicated and specialised advice to your team members.

  • Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Midwife
  • Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience in a maternity setting
  • Post Graduate qualification in NICU is essential
  • Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required

 

 

Remuneration

$55.92 - $ 57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager yr1-yr2)

Requirements
