Join our dynamic team as a Payor Relationships Support Officer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and presenting innovative service offerings to payors, directly contributing to Ramsay Health Care Australia's strategic and operational success as a leading integrated healthcare provider. You'll also provide crucial administrative support to the Payor Relations Leadership Team, ensuring smooth operations and driving high performance across the board. What You’ll Do

  • Support the National Manager Payor Relationships to engage with internal stakeholders to assist in the development of proposals relating to the provision of new services.
  • Assist the National Manager Payor Relationships to review, prepare and finalise proposals to a high standard for provision to external stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate information in response to queries by stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive relationships and strong communication networks with all stakeholders and other departments to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a positive and consultative approach towards managing change.
  • Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communicate on an ongoing basis with all key stakeholders regarding progress of deliverables.
  • Identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities in processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure safety of self and others in the workplace, adhering to Workplace Health and Safety guidelines (e.g., SOPs/MSDS).
  • Assist the Payor Relations Contract Management Team in communicating the implications of new services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all issues relating to the Hospital, customers, and colleagues.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of industry stakeholders.
  • Background in providing executive support.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of written and verbal communication, including the ability to draft clear documentation and communications for new service submissions.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve problems and propose suitable solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
  • Capable of working autonomously and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
