About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic and friendly team. As the Clinical Nurse you will be required to act as a professional resource, passionate mentor, and role model to junior team members. Also, key to this role is working collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager in the implementation of quality improvement activities.

 

Your Skills and Experience

You will be a supportive mentor with a passion for seeing your team members succeed and grow while bringing a passion for a high level of client care and service.

 You will also bring:

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse
  • Minimum five years’ post graduate experience in acute care
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience across General medicine, Renal and gastroenterology
  • Ability to participate in a 7-day rotating and on-call roster
  • Knowledge of NSQHS standards and how they apply to practice
  • Ability to manage designated portfolio and display strong leadership skills

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
