What you will be doing in this role

As an Assistant in Nursing (AIN), you will work under the supervision of an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse, delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care to patients. Your role is essential in supporting the nursing team to ensure the highest standard of care.

We have multiple AIN/Undergraduate Nursing positions available across the hospital. This role provides flexible support to various wards, covering sick leave, annual leave, and additional staffing needs as required. Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ll have flexible availability to be able to work morning, afternoon and night shifts across a 7-day week.
  • You’ll be a team player who has great time management skills and can manage your own and shared workloads
  • You’ll have an interest in Nursing best practice with an understanding of policies to ensure confidentiality, dignity, respect, and rights of patients are upheld
  • You’ll have effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • You’ll have completed at least one year of Bachelor of Nursing studies or possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or Health Service Assistance.
  • You’ll have Full Australian Working rights without any restrictions.
