Physiotherapist | Inpatient Acute

About the role:
Northern Private Epping Hospital is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and positive team players to join our Physiotherapy team as a Casual Physiotherapist!
As a part of our team, you will be responsible in delivering care across a range of caseloads including acute medical, orthopaedics, general surgery and cardiothoracic within a fast-paced environment.
Opportunities exist for both weekday and/or weekend/public holiday work.
About you:
We seek highly motivated individuals passionate about patient centred care and who thrive working within a Multidisciplinary Team. You will be providing high quality Physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for patients. You will have well developed clinical and communication skills with the ability to work independently. You will have access to resources to support you in this position.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following:
- A bachelor or post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy with Current Authority to Practice as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA
- Minimum 1 year Physiotherapy experience in a hospital setting
- Ability to work weekday and/or weekend/public holiday
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs in an acute setting
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage time and caseload demands
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice
Remuneration: On offer is hourly base rate ranging from $37.96 - $55.05 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (Level 1 Year 3 – Level 2 Year 5 as per EBA).

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
