What you’ll be doing in this role:? 

As an Assistant In Nursing (AIN), you will work under the direct supervision of an Enrolled Nurse, Registered Nurse or Midwife to provide safe, compassionate person-centred care to patients. 

This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) job ad and there are no current job vacancies. Suitable candidates from this EOI will be included in the Recruitment Talent Pool and will be contacted as the first priority once roles become available.  

What we are looking for: 

  • The ability to work well within a team environment 

  • Appropriate time management of your own and shared workloads 

  • Flexible availability to be able to work a range of shifts including AM, PM and Nights 

  • An interest in Nursing best practice with an understanding of policies to ensure confidentiality, dignity, respect and rights of patients are upheld 

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
