About the Role
Join our team in DOSA and Day Surgery as Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
You will:
- Mentor and lead a dedicated team of nurses and clinical support staff within a supportive leadership environment.
- Ideal role for an individual committed to empowering others to succeed.
- Excellent opportunity for a senior nurse to advance into a management position and develop clinical leadership skills
- Reports directly to the Nurse Unit Manager
- Works on a 7-day rotating roster - Monday to Saturday.
About You
You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and act as a passionate mentor to junior staff.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous Endoscopy experience to cover Endo and Dermatology area.
- Clinical leadership and DOSA experience will be highly regarded.
- A Critical Care certificate will be highly regarded.
Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $53.22 - $ 54.98 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager gr1-gr3) [FTE $105,164.80 - $108,636.84]

Requirements:
