About the Role

Join our team in DOSA and Day Surgery as Associate Nurse Unit Manager.

 

You will:

  • Mentor and lead a dedicated team of nurses and clinical support staff within a supportive leadership environment.
  • Ideal role for an individual committed to empowering others to succeed.
  • Excellent opportunity for a senior nurse to advance into a management position and develop clinical leadership skills
  • Reports directly to the Nurse Unit Manager
  • Works on a 7-day rotating roster - Monday to Saturday. 

 

About You

You will bring a capacity to lead and inspire a team of clinical professionals and act as a passionate mentor to junior staff.

 You will also bring;

  • Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous Endoscopy experience to cover Endo and Dermatology area.
  • Clinical leadership and DOSA experience will be highly regarded.
  • A Critical Care certificate will be highly regarded.

 

Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $53.22 - $ 54.98 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC Associate Nurse Unit Manager gr1-gr3) [FTE $105,164.80 - $108,636.84]

Requirements:
