About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for providing a high level of clinical care and exceptional customer service to our Oncology/Haematology/Palliative care patients and families. Duties will include assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each individual patient within your care.

Our Oncology ward specialises in the care and support of patients requiring anti-neoplastic therapy, radiation therapy and those requiring end of life care.

 

You Skills and Experience

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
  • Desirable chemotherapy and immunotherapy competent, CVAD competent and cannulation competent

 

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $34.57 - $38.61 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Enrolled Nurse Level 1-2)
