Join our team at the heart of our 26-bed private rehabilitation ward!

As a registered Nurse, you will be an essential part of a caring and skilled multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting elderly patients and those on the path to recovery after illness or surgery.

  • Your role will involve delivering expert nursing care to our diverse patient group, all under the guidance of our Clinical Nurse Manager.
  • You will assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate the individual needs of each patient, ensuring that care delivery aligns with our policies and procedures.

 

About You

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of one year post registration experience with experience in an acute care setting
  • Knowledge of current legislation and policies relating to nursing practice in the workplace
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay’s core values

Candidates with postgraduate qualifications relevant to area of specialty will be highly regarded. 

Flexibility to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including morning, afternoon and night shifts, is critical for this role.

 

Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $74,704.04 - $98,304.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)
