About the Role

In this position, you will handle food preparation for patients, staff and events.

  • Your vital duty will be crafting nutritious meals customised to dietary requirements, promoting recovery and health.
  • You will maintain food safety and quality, aligning with the Food Safety plan, HACCP standards and Hospital policy to contribute to healing.
  • You are required to work a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends and afternoons

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Certificate in Commercial Cooking
  • Ability to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirements
  • Must have a thorough understanding of allergy management practices
  • Excellent work ethic and customer service skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate of $28.49 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

At Ramsay Clinic Thirroul, we provide a specialised, women-only mental health service within a thoughtfully designed 43-bed facility. Our clinic is a sanctuary where women can find comfort, safety, and tailored support for their mental health needs. Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
